About Anne
Throughout my life I’ve worked hard to process my experiences, such as chronic illness, caretaker fatigue, grief, trauma, and life transition. I’ve worked in several industries, including law and freelance writing, and have led and participated in arts organizations. I’m a wife and a mother. At various points in my life I saw therapists who offered some relief for challenges I faced. However, when I found the right fit, I experienced healing that only a deep and authentic connection can offer. This inspired me to pursue a degree in counseling and offer this to others.
What Therapy with me is like
Therapy is a sanctuary where you can be safe, seen, and heard. I believe true healing can begin through deep and authentic connection with others. I provide a calm, nurturing environment that draws from both the power of relationship and understanding of the brain to help clients overcome challenges. Whatever you bring in will be met with warmth, curiosity, and, when appropriate, humor.
